Announcement Forms The deadline for engagements, weddings and anniversaries is noon on Monday for publication in the next Sunday’s paper. We do not charge a fee and all copy is subject to editing. You may submit a color or black and white photo, but the photo needs to be clear and not Polaroid. Engagement announcements must be published more than two weeks before the wedding and wedding write-ups must be published within two months after the ceremony.
