CLARION RESORT Hotel- Sales Manager. Daily activities include soliciting, booking, & coordinating room sales to exceed revenue and profit goals. Responsible for the following: Building new group business by soliciting clients & maintaining existing group business. Meet & exceed monthly quarterly & annual room night & revenue goals. Activity tracking of monthly, quarterly, & annual volume for all accounts. Research, develop & maintain marketing opportunities within accounts. Timely execution of account Solicit new & existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections & written communication. Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports & file maintenance. Work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers.
