NATIONAL PARK Community College is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Analyst/Trainer to work with the Computer Services Department in support of its Oracle/PeopleSoft systems. This is a full-time, 12 month position in the Computer Services Department that reports directly to the PeopleSoft Administrator. Salary is dependent on qualifications. Benefits are outstanding. Responsibilities include working with end-users to understand and troubleshoot PeopleSoft applications, copying application software and databases for upgrades and user-acceptance testing (UAT), working with functional areas to ensure integrated UAT completion for all mission-critical processes, and providing ongoing PeopleSoft training and documentation for staff, faculty and students. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience developing and delivering how-to applications training in a classroom setting for end- users with diverse computer skills. A minimum of five years’ technical experience troubleshooting, upgrading, and providing end-user support for PeopleSoft financial/ business systems (FMS, HCM, and CS) or equivalents is preferred. Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, and SQL is preferred. A professional demeanor with excellent oral and written communication skills is essential.
