EXECUTIVE CHEF with strong culinary background.   The Executive Chef will lead the operations of food  preparation  he / she performs multi-functional culinary duties related to food preparation. Executive Chef  will be responsible for the established budget, training and coaching of staff in a positive manner to ensure competency and that food safety guidelines are followed. Must have the ability to multi- task, operate a computer. Must have a least 3 years experience in a Hospitality industry.
