NATIONAL PARK Community College is currently seeking a Library Computer Lab Technician. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, state classified grade C110. The position has an entry level salary of $22,919. The Library Computer Lab Technician is responsible for assisting students in the Library lab setting, providing software support, staffing the circulation desk, and making campus ID cards. Other duties as assigned may include digitizing archival material, maintaining the reserve collection, overseeing circulation of e-readers, tablets and laptops, and an online chat service. Knowledge of the operations of personal computers, portable devices and the function of library software and databases is required. Good customer service skills are essential. The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma is required; an Associate degree or above is preferred. Preference will be given for library experience.
