MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST. Salary:         $25,268. Location: DeGray Lake Resort State Park, Bismarck, AR. Closing date: 1/18/2013. Performs general maint. on grounds, facilities & equipment. Job duties include painting, carpentry, electrical & plumbing repairs, trash pick-up, mowing, weed trimming, & cleaning facilities. Operates commercial landscaping equipment, maintains equip. inventories & completes equip. maint. records. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to traverse rough terrain, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., & work a varied schedule, including some weekends & holidays.
