RESTAURANT FACILITY Manager I. Salary: $21,827. Location:     DeGray Lake Resort State Park, Bismarck, AR. Closing date: 1/18/2013. First-line greeter in a 140-seat full-service restaurant & 350-seat banquet facility.  As a working supervisor, position works closely with restaurant mgrs & sales crew to ensure that adequate food & serving staff are available.  Will supervise the front/back of the house operations.  Job duties include greeting & seating guests, explaining menu items, providing info, assisting with resolving complaints, making restaurant bookings, preparing work schedules, providing counseling & disciplining employees, assisting line cooks, & overseeing banquet food preparation.  Trains & supervises regular & seasonal employees, handles monetary transactions, & performs other duties as assigned. Works a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings & holidays, & must possess a valid driver’s license & excellent public relations skills.  Criminal background check required.  Full benefit package including paid holidays, annual & sick leave, health insurance, & retirement pension.  Minimum qualifications:  high school diploma/ equiv., 1 yr cooking experience in a full line restaurant & 3 yrs experience in restaurant, catering, or banquet mgmt.  Applications accepted online Only:  www.arstatejobs.com
