MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT. Salary: $20,788. Location:  DeGray Lake Resort State Park, Bismarck, AR. Closing date: 1/25/2013. Responsible for grounds & marina maint. & general labor, including: mowing, edging, weeding, planting trees, flowers & laying sod, trash removal, operating lawn equip., & performing minor equip. & vehicle repairs.  Maintains equip. by oiling, greasing, sharpening blades, & performing other minor repairs & services park vehicles by filling with gas, changing oil, performing tune-ups, & washing.  Assists w/ minor electrical repairs, remodeling of buildings, & minor carpentry duties such as hanging ceilings, replacing walls, etc.  Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to traverse rough terrain & work a varied schedule, including weekends & holidays.  Will check driver’s record.  Full benefit package including paid holidays, annual & sick leave, health insurance, & retirement pension.  Must be able to read & write; have 2 yrs.’ experience/on-the-job training, performing grounds keeping &/or the maint. of lawn-care equipment.  Apply online Only: www.arstatejobs.com
