HUMAN RESOURCE Coordinator: The Hot Springs Housing Authority is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resource Coordinator, part-time temporary with the potential to be permanent. Motivated; organized; excellent computer and customer service skills; able to multi-task; communicate well with others; handle high stress situations and work as a team player for several different departments. Must have knowledge in Federal and State laws pertaining to Human Resource Management, payroll, and OSHA. Must also be able to: File workers compensation claims, work force claims, I-9s, as well as keep up with wage reports and record keeping with the Department of Labor; and all other duties as needed and directed by the Executive Director. A minimum Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or the like is preferred. Must be personable and professional in appearance. Must be able to pass drug and background check.
