In accordance with Act 576 of 1987 of the acts of Arkansas, and pursuant to the security agreements between Temperance Hill Security Storage and the following tenants occupying storage space numbers:

The collateral securing the above named Tenants’ obligations to Temperance Hill Security Storage will be sold at a public sale to be held on the 17th day of October at 10:00 A.M. The location of the sale is 170 Temperance Hill Rd. Hot Springs, AR, telephone (501) 525-3535. The collateral security to be sold consists of numerous types of household goods, and other items of personal property including furniture, housewares, recreational items, tools, appliances and clothes. The sale shall be in parcels, each parcel being contents of a storage unit. The collateral being sold and sale times may be viewed at the time of sale.
