The Housing Authority of the City of Hot Springs is requesting bids for the replacement of roofs on 82 buildings as well as repairing damage to vinyl fascia on multiple buildings. Contractors interested in obtaining a bid packet should come to the Hot Springs Housing Authority office between 10AM-3PM, Monday-Wednesday at 1004 Illinois St, Ste E. Hot Springs, AR. (501) 624-4420 x127. Sealed bids must be received no later than 4:00PM Friday October 12, 2012. Public opening of sealed bids will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at 10:30AM at 1010 Illinois, Hot Springs, AR 71901.
Preference will be given to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
