ORDINANCE NO. 5901
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS, FOR THE YEAR 2012; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors adopted the 2012 Budget by approving Ordinance No. 5861 on December 27, 2011; and that
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Finance Director are recommending further revisions as shown on the attachments hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of Hot Springs, Arkansas:
That the 2012 Budget, as adopted by Ordinance No. 5861, as amended, is hereby further amended by the budget adjustments attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference (Attachment A). Provided further, the Finance Director is hereby directed to make the necessary adjustments to accomplish the intent of this ordinance.
