LEGAL NOTICE
In accordance with Federal and State guidelines, Cutter Morning Star and Jessieville School Districts will destroy confidential Special Education records that have been inactive prior to the 2006-2007 school year. These records will be destroyed on November 12, 2012. Parents of the students or the student, providing he/she have reached age 18, have the right to review and/or request copies of this data. These records will be available at the Special Education office located at 3817-D. Highway 7, Hot Springs, AR during office hours beginning October 15, 2012 through November 15, 2012. Permanent records containing grades and grade levels will be maintained.
