Notice is hereby given that the Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 18, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the Hot Springs Municipal Building, 133 Convention Boulevard in Hot Springs. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests:
HDC-12-0072- 317 Church St.- Visitor’s Chapel A.M.E. Church- Certificate of appropriateness application request to perform a total re-roof on the church and the parsonage and to replace gutters and down spouts on these structures;
