THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers of the City Municipal Building located at 133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following land use requests.
1. Conditional Use (CU-12-0212) You Look Fabulous Salon. 900 Higdon Ferry. Conditional Use and development plan review for a beauty salon in a C-TR Commercial Transitional zone property. Board District 4.
2. Conditional Use (CU-12-0211) Roadrunner Convenience Store. Shady Grove at Carpenter Dam. Conditional Use and development plan review for a Convenience Store greater than 3,500 square feet in a C-3 zone district. Board District 6.
