APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. O-12-75
BE IT ENACTED BY THE QUORUM COURT OF GARLAND COUNTY, STATE OF ARKANSAS; AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED:
“AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY THE COUNTY, MUNICIPAL AND SCHOOL TAXES FOR 2012, COLLECTIBLE IN 2013.”
WHEREAS, In accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated 14-14-904 (b) the Quorum Court at its regular meeting in November shall levy the county, municipal and school taxes for the current year; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE QUORUM COURT OF GARLAND COUNTY, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The taxes levied for Garland County, Arkansas are as follows on all real and personal property:
