The Housing Authority of the City of Hot Springs is requesting bids for the replacement of roofs on 82 buildings as well as repairing damage to vinyl fascia and siding on multiple buildings. Contractors interested in obtaining a bid packet should come to the Hot Springs Housing Authority office between 10am-3pm, Monday- Wednesday at 1004 Illinois St, Ste E., Hot Springs, AR. (501) 624-4420x127 Sealed bids must be received no later than 4:00 pm Monday, December 17, 2012. Public opening of sealed bids will be held and read aloud on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at 10:30 am 1002 Illinois Street conference room, Hot Springs, AR 71901. All responsive bidders must have a commercial license.
Preference will be given to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
