NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 20, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the Hot Springs Municipal Building, 133 Convention Boulevard in Hot Springs. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests:
HDC-12-0196 - 221 Cottage St. Certificate of appropriateness application request to demolish the two structures located on this property;
HDC-12-0197 - 215 Cottage St. Certificate of appropriateness request to demolish the structure located on this property;
HDC-12-0214 Approx. 220 Central Ave. Certificate of appropriateness application request to reconstruct the damaged collection booth located on the parking lot next to 220 Central Ave.;
HDC-12-0226 600 Central Ave. Angel’s Restaurant - Certificate of appropriateness application request to install new business identification signs, install a new exterior door and install neon bands along the upper facade of the building.
