TIMBER FOR SALE
OUACHITA NATIONAL FOREST
 The Shiloh Church Sale is located within T1N, R30W, Sections 3, 4, 9 & 10; T2N, R30W, Sections 33 & 34; Scott County, Arkansas.  The Forest Service will receive sealed bids in public at Forest Supervisor’s Office, Attn: Timber Mgmt., Room 238D, P.O. Box 1270, Hot Springs, AR 71902 at 11:00 AM local time on 01/22/2013 for an estimated volume of 3325 CCF of Southern Yellow Pine sawtimber,  and 958 CCF of Softwood - Other pulpwood marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below.  A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Forest Supervisor’s Office, Hot Springs, Arkansas or the District Ranger’s Office, Waldron or Booneville, Arkansas.   The USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
