CITY OF HOT SPRINGS
The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, invites sealed bids to provide the following product(s)/ services (s) to the City:
TOWABLE GENERATOR SETS (3 TOTAL) INTENDED FOR WASTEWATER LIFT STATIONS STANDBY POWER.
SEALED bids identified as such and showing the bid item or bid number, will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. C.T. JANUARY 28, 2013 at the City Purchasing Office, 517 Airport Road, Ste. C, 71913, PO Box 6300, 71902, Hot Springs, AR, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids may be delivered by any means available (except electronically, i.e. fax not acceptable); however, those not received at the above location by the above stated time will not be considered. The bidder is responsible for seeing that their bid is in the City Purchasing Office by the time stated above. The bid packet may be obtained at the above Purchasing Office address above or by calling 501-321-6830 or 501-321-6892. The packet may also be obtained from the City’s website www.cityhs.net. The City encourages the participation of small, minority and woman-owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods and services. Bidders must be prepared if requested by the City, to provide additional information such that the City can determine responsiveness. The City reserves the right to reject and or all bids and to waive any formalities or minor exceptions.
