Floodway Revision
Gulpha Creek Tributary No. 3
The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas Public Works Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City’s intent to establish the floodway on FEMA FIRM panel 05051C0485D for a previously unnamed stream, locally known as Gulpha Creek Tributary No. 3, generally located in east Hot Springs, east of Malvern Avenue, south of Ridgeway Street, north of Parkridge Drive, and west of the Hot Springs corporate limit. Specifically, the floodway shall be established on Gulpha Creek Tributary No. 3 from approximately 2,710 feet downstream of Bellaire Drive to a point approximately 90 feet downstream of Malvern Avenue, with a maximum width of 130 feet, located just upstream of Bellaire Drive.
