Home > Classified Ads (Print) > Announcements > Legal Notices COMMISSIONERS SALE 2008-1464-III NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in pursuance of the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Garland County, made and entered on the 28th day of May, A.D. 2009 in a certain cause (No. 2008-1464-III) then pending therein between Hot Springs Village CooperShares Owners Association, Inc. complainant, and Jack D. Matthews and Mary Ann Matthews, Husband and Wife, and any and all individuals, corporations and entities who may claim an interest in the property, if any defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder at the North front door or entrance of the County Courthouse, in which said Court is held, in the County of Garland, within the hours prescribed by law on judicial sales on Wednesday the 15th day of July @ 11 A.M. A.D. 2009, the following real estate, to-wit Week 33, Lot/Unit 8, Block 3, Year of CooperShares Subdivision, HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, per recorded plat or plats and subject to the notes and other indicated restrictions, if any, on said plat or plats and subject to the covenants, reservations, easements, charges and liens reflected in the Declarations and Supplemental Declarations filed in connection therewith in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Garland County, Arkansas. in Garland County, Arkansas. TERMS OF SALE: On a credit o f three months, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from date of sale until paid and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money.
