NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Garland County, made and entered on the 2nd day of June, A.D. 2009 a certain cause (No. 2008-1422-I) then pending therein between The Wharf Council of Co-owners complainant and Mary Holland, Shelley Lercher, Gwatney Chevrolet Company, Myra Gayle Green, Everelena Johnson, John Bruce Williamson, Michael D. Evans & Linda F. Evans, Jerry L. & Tyrann Beckwood, Janet Tarter, Jacqueline Yunginger, James D. Statton, Stephen Louis Jackson & Jayne Marie Jackson, David Goodin & Deadra Goodin, James David Statton, Kaye Bierdrzycki, Robert D. Henry D/B/A Midwest Aloe Products, and Wanda Mills defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder at the North front door or entrance of the County Courthouse, in which said Court is held, in the County of Garland, within the hours prescribed by law on judicial sales on Wednesday the 15th day of July at 11 A.M. TERMS OF SALE. On a credit of three months, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from date of sale until paid, and lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money.
