First fish from Lake Catherine caught in $50,000 challenge

FIRST ON CATHERINE: John Shreve Sr., of Hot Springs, landed a $1,000 black bass Friday in the $50,000 Hot Springs Fishing Challenge. It was the first prize-winning challenge fish caught on Lake Catherine.  

LATEST CATCH: Rachel Tyler, of Colorado, caught a $500 walleye Monday morning on Lake Hamilton in the $50,000 Hot Springs Fishing Challenge.
