The Sentinel-Record/Richard RasmussenFIRE DAMAGE: A chain-link fence surrounds J & S Italian Villa Ristorante & Bar, 4836 Central Ave., which was damaged by a fire on Aug. 3. Hot Springs Fire Marshal Nate Schanlaber says the fire was accidental in nature.
