HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE – Janice Estelle Hartin VanArsdall, of Hot Springs Village, died Aug. 17, 2012. She was born April 15, 1947, in Battle Creek, Mich. to the late M/Sgt. William R. Hartin and late Velma Jac Reed Hartin.

Janice is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Jack D. VanArsdall; daughter Kendra VanArsdall Jackson (Donald), of Colo.; son, Kyle VanArsdall (Crystal), of Fla., and three grandchildren; Natalie and Jarren, of Colorado and Owen, of Fla.; sisters, Judy Muzzey, of Missouri, and Joanne Douglas, of Texas, and two brothers, William R. Hartin, of Pennslvania and Robert F. Hartin, of Wisconsin.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Caruth Village Funeral Home.
