Rotary Club honors fallen Arkansas heroes at memorial ceremony

REMEMBERING THE HEROES: A bronze statue of combat boots, rifle and a helmet is located at the front of the Arkansas Fallen Heroes Memorial, which will be on display throughout this week on Highway 7 near the Hot Springs Village West Gate.
