Adam Blake Goodman, 22, of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 1, 2012.

Adam was born on Aug. 6, 1990, to Tony and Patsy Goodman, of Royal.

Adam was a life-long member of Oaklawn Missionary Baptist Church, where he was very loved. He was a member of the Lake Hamilton Power Band in High School in which he played the tuba. Also playing tuba at church. Adam loved music and playing it for the congregation.

Adam was also a loved employee of Harvest Foods. It was here that both his character and charisma shined through.

Adam is survived by his wife, Jennifer Goodman, of Hot Springs; his father and mother, Tony and Patsy Goodman, of Royal; his brother, sister-in-law and niece Andrew, Amanda and Emily, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and niece, Justin, Katie and Maddi; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Teresa Withers; his maternal grandmother, Gwen Jackson, of Royal and grandparents-in-law, John and Aggie McKinzie.

Pallbearers will include Adam’s brother, Andrew Goodman, friend, Jordan Meyers, friend, Cameron Pendergraft, cousin-in-law, Aaron Campbell, cousin, Josh Dodd, cousin, Nick Golden, brother-in-law, Justin Withers, friend, Cody Brannon, friend, Dustin Hutzel, and uncle, Larry Golden.

Honorary pallbearers include the employees of Harvest Foods, Lake Hamilton Power Band and the Garland County Sheriff’s Department.

Visitation will be held at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Cunningham Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Adam’s friends and family who have been so generous with love and support.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial account has been set up in the name of Jennifer Goodman at First National Bank.
