James A. Moore
Funeral services for James Avary Moore, 22, of Hot Springs, Ark., who died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, in a local hospital will be held Thursday at noon in St. Mark Baptist Church with Pastor D.R. Crossley officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery with services provided by Brandon’s Mortuary Inc.
James Avary Moore was born in Hot Springs, Ark., to Janice Lewis and James Benjamin Moore III. He attended Hot Springs High School and was a past employee of Berry Plastics.
James Avary Moore is survived by his son, Kamarian Moore, and daughter, Kelis Johnson, both of Hot Springs, Ark.; mother, Janice Lewis, of Hot Springs, Ark.; his father, James Benjamin Moore III, of Arizona; sister, M’Tisha Lewis, of Hot Springs, Ark.; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Lewis, of Hot Springs, Ark.; paternal grandparents, James and Mary Moore, of Hot Springs, Ark.; aunts, Ivory Walker and Velvet Haywood, both of Hot Springs, Ark.; uncle, Raymond Haywood Jr., of Hot Springs, Ark.; godfather, Dwight Govan, of Malvern, Ark.; godmother, Debbie Mitchell, of Hot Springs, Ark.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 until 6 p.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church and Thursday from 11 until noon at the church.
