LANGLEY – Luther Franklin Turner, 85, of Langley, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012.

He was born Jan. 10, 1927, at Dierks, the son of Gus and Coy Dove Miller Turner.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Ruby Faye Turner, of Langley; one daughter, Diane (Benny) Kelley, of Langley; five grandchildren, Kris Kelley, Jennifer Blankenship, Kevin Kelley, Kaci Palmer and Nikki Neel; 10 great-grandchildren, Jacob, Landon, Maverick, Jordan, Rachel, Kamry, Carlie, Taylor, Roselynn and Brayden; numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2 p.m. today in Mount Joy Free Will Baptist Church with Brother Raymond Dees and Brother Joe Ray Short officiating.

Interment will be in Mount Joy Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
