MALVERN – Gina Duke, 43, of Malvern, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at her home.

Survivors include her husband, James Ardelle Duke; son, Justin McKinley, of Malvern; daughter, Allecia Duke, of Malvern; stepdaughter, Dana Michelle Nelson, of Hot Springs; mother, Mary Frazier, of Malvern; sisters, Sabrina Caudell Packard (Toby), of Hot Springs and Marcia Stockwell (Robert), of California; grandchildren, Lyric Stone Nelson and Gwendlyn Breeze Nelson and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Memorials can be made to the HSC Humane Society. The family will be at 809 Owen St., Malvern and 101 Holt St. in Hot Springs.
