Ivan J. Smith, 92, of Hot Springs, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012.

Service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Andrew Gonzalez officiating.

Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
