Bomb squad called to HSPD

BOMB SQUAD: Arkansas State Police bomb squad officer Arthur Roff, wearing protective gear, works to disable a suspicious device, possibly a pipe bomb, outside the Hot Springs Police Department, 641 Malvern Ave., Monday morning after it was found earlier and brought there by a local man.
