Shirley M. Kutsch, 86, of Hot Springs, passed away Dec. 29, 2012, at Hot Springs. She was born Sept. 28, 1926, in Dayton, Ohio. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Garrett.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Kutsch.

Survivors include her sons Thomas and Steve Kutsch, of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; granddaughter, Laura E. Gentry, of Sherwood, Ark.; and a great-grandson, Ryan Weston Gentry.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice.
