MALVERN – Rosa B. Barnes, 83, of Malvern, passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013.

Rosa was born Oct. 10, 1929, in Okfuskee County, Okla., to Peter and Hattie (Crain) Teem. Rosa enjoyed gardening and fishing, and she loved her cats. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Rosa is survived by one son, Leroy Barnes, of California; one daughter, Margaret (Floyd) Parker, of Arkansas; two brothers, Steve (Betty) Teem, of Oklahoma, and Clifford (Oleta) Teem, of Oklahoma; two sisters, Sally Gones, of California, and Jewell Johnson, of California; 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

There will be a private family service in California at a later date.
