HSV faces high costs to refurbish areas at gates

AGING INFRASTRUCTURE: The fountain and pool area at the Hot Springs Village entrance on Highway 7 is no longer operational. The often-photographed tower structure, a historic symbol for the community, was taken down a few months ago and was too deteriorated to repair.
