Jeff Kennedy is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. He is a certified Eco-Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Accredited Seller Representative. Paulia Kennedy is certified as an e-PRO for her Internet marketing skills, has a broker's license, and has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Arkansas State University. The team was awarded membership in Cyberstars, which recognizes tech savvy agents from throughout the nation who have achieved a high level of success in their field.
He leads the team and works directly with clients while she directs the marketing efforts. He has served on both the state and local board of Realtors and she has served on the local board. She also holds an active registered nursing license and enjoys nursing in her extra time.
The Kennedys initially came to Hot Springs as vacation homeowners and fell in love with the city. In 2002, they decided to leave the "corporate world" in Memphis, Tenn., and made Hot Springs their permanent home. They currently live on the lake with their two dogs and attend Lake Valley Church.
