The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 21 in City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests:
• Rings N' Things, 113 Central Ave. -- request to add business name to awning and color change to window casing.
• Webb Community Center, 127 Pleasant St. -- request to construct an outdoor picnic pavilion with sunshade.
