Dear editor: Great 'Christmas' time

Dear editor:

Hot Springs High School presented a wonderful production, "A World of Christmas," this past weekend, combining the efforts of the school choir, dance and drama departments. The production was held Friday and Saturday nights and Saturday afternoon, affording all parents and family members a chance to see the wonderful show! Judy Beard directed the drama section, Shannon Nash the choir and Amy Bramlett the dance, with Principal Lloyd D. Jackson serving as emcee.

Students and staff helped in the production behind the scenes. We wish to thank them and also wish to thank Robyn Horn, Dorothy Morris, the Thea Foundation, Muses Creative Project, B.J. Bray, Mark and Norma Marsden, Annette Bosson, and ABC Cleaners for their contributions in making this production possible.

My husband, David Hays, and I want to publicly thank Hot Springs High School for the wonderful education they have provided our granddaughter in all aspects of her learning.

Our granddaughter has participated in dance for several years at school and absolutely loves it! Ms. Bramlett has brought an extra special pizazz to the dance classes, and she provides all students -- no matter what their dance or learning ability -- a chance to shine!
