eight years of service
Sam Bonello is celebrating his eighth anniversary with Steamatic of Hot Springs. He has been with the company since June 2006. He specializes in all aspects of carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and hard surface cleaning. He diligently studied and received certification in these areas by the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
He has a reputation for being efficient and thorough. When customers call to make an appointment, they ask for him by name.

agents of the month
Bob Pfautz, principal broker for Hot Springs Realty, announced the firm's top agents for the month of June.
The top selling agent was Nancy Chandler, executive broker, who has been a Realtor for the past 17 years. She has a B.S.E. in Elementary Education and a B.A. in Accounting.
Chandler and her husband, Don, are members of First Baptist Church and the Hot Springs Chapter of H.O.G. She has been active in the Hot Springs Board of Realtors and has achieved Awards of Excellence each year.
The top listing agent was Tambra Lucas who has been with the firm for more than 11 years. She has also served as office manager at the firm.
In addition to her real estate activities, Lucas and her husband, Fred, have been in the worship ministry at Dayspring Church for 18 years. She leads worship in women's conference and prison ministries all over Arkansas.
