Two of the students, Spencer Fellenz and Lauren McMillan, also received Grand Recognition and were invited to attend the national level ceremony at Duke University in Durham, N.C. A total of 21,775 students from Duke TIP’s 16-state region scored well enough to be invited to state recognition ceremonies, including 458 of the 961 who tested in Arkansas. The students scored 21 or greater on at least one ACT area of English, math, reading or science.
