Holy Ghost Revival held at St. Phillips COGIC
St. Phillips Church of God in Christ, 237 Walnut St., will hold a holy ghost revival at 7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. Missionary Linda Diggins of William Temple COGIC, Little Rock, will be the revivalist. Everyone is welcome.
New Home to join Back To Church Sunday
ROYAL -- New Home Missionary Baptist Church in Royal will participate in Back to Church Sunday at 10:45 a.m. Sunday. Coffee and doughnuts will be served before Sunday School. Back to Church Sunday is an initiative about "Inviting America Back To Church." New Home MBC will be one of an estimated more than 30,000 churches to take part this year.
Visitors Chapel AME to celebrate reverend and wife
Visitors Chapel African Methodist Episcopalian, 319 Church St., will host the first appreciation service for the Rev. Gregory C. Nettles, first lady Gladys F. Nettles and family, at 3:30 a.m. Sunday. Special guest speaker will be the Rev. Nicholas Nettles, Gospel Temple Missionary Baptist Church of Little Rock.
