Liberty Ministry meets from 1-2 p.m. Thursdays at Garland Tower, 126 Oriole St., in the activities room. This is a Christ-centered, nondenominational outreach group to all people, especially those with disabilities and their caregivers. All are welcome. The mission is to reach people dealing with disability and other life-changing issues of the heart, mind or body. The building and meeting area are barrier free. Ageless Bikers Club offers six shorter (6-14 miles), flatter bike rides for the "Easy Rider." The eight intermediate rides of up to 22 miles are still offered.
