Hot Springs firefighters work to extinguish a fire that started at the rear of a vacant home located at 105 Texas St. around noon on Friday. According to the Hot Springs Fire Department, the home has been vacant since a fire three years ago. The cause is under investigation. Garland County assessor records list the owners of the property as Kimberly and Eddie Lloyd. No one was injured.
