FAYETTEVILLE (AP) -- Arkansas' football team and coaching staff will host its annual fan day on Aug. 16 inside Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
Activities will take place from 2-4 p.m. Free parking will be available in several lots around campus, including the Stadium Drive parking deck and the Meadow Street garage.
Members of the Junior Razorbacks fan club will be offered early entry into the stadium.
Fans are asked to enter through gates 1, 2 and 16.
All fans can pick up a poster and ask for autographs. The coaches and players will sign one item per person. The Golden Boot from last year's Arkansas-LSU game and the Texas Bowl trophy will also be on display.
Malvern golf tourney
set for Saturday
MALVERN -- The 27th annual Malvern athletic department golf tournament will be Saturday at Malvern Country Club.
Format is a three-person scramble with a 9 a.m. shotgun start, and cost is $40 per person that includes lunch, on-course drinks and a Leopard care package.
Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each of the two flights, and low overall score will receive a trophy. There are also prizes for each hole, with hole sponsorships available, and door prizes drawn during lunch.
Also during lunch, Malvern football coach Mike Scarbrough and select seniors, coming off a Class 4A semifinal appearance a year ago, will speak about the upcoming season.
