Henderson State ASBTDC offers FastTrac NewVenture

The Henderson State Arkansas University Small Business and Technology Development Center, through a partnership with AARP and Kauffman Foundation, will offer FastTrac NewVenture for the boomer entrepreneur at Charlie's Pizza Pub from Sept. 15 to Oct. 27.

FastTrac NewVenture is a course designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs in the early stages of business development.

The course will be offered for three hours per week for a total of seven weeks.

Kauffman FastTrac is a leading global provider of entrepreneurship education programs.

"FastTrac courses not only help aspiring and established entrepreneurs uncover answers, they also help individuals determine the right questions to ask," said Michele Markey, vice president of Kauffman FastTrac, in the press release. "FastTrac training allows you to save time and money by testing the feasibility of your business concept before you launch."

FastTrac NewVenture teaches entrepreneurs how to identify and meet market needs, as well as access human, business and financial resources.

The course facilitates networking between entrepreneurs and professionals.

During the past 20 years, FastTrac courses and workshops have helped more than 350,000 entrepreneurs assess their business ideas and start and grow their businesses.

HSU ASBTDC will offer FastTrac NewVenture. Register by Sept. 4 for the early-bird special.
