Mountain Pine Fire Department firefighter Richard Lobbs works to extinguish a fire while assisting the Piney Fire Department Friday on Blakely Dam Road. The fire at the single-story structure was called in around 10:30 a.m. and was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived shortly after. Piney Fire Chief Tim McDorman said he believed no one was living in the structure and that the cause was unknown. The Sentinel-Record/Richard Rasmussen
