The Lupus Foundation of Arkansas will have its annual Praise and Raise Lupus Gospel Concert at 6 p.m. April 25 in First Lutheran Church's Family Life Center, 105 Village Road.

Organizers seek churches, gospel singers, choirs, praise or mime dancers, gospel rap performers and inspirational scripture readers to be a part of the concert "lifting up the name of Jesus." All participants are welcome to bring friends, family, co-workers and churches to "help praise the Lord Jesus Christ together."

Tickets will not be sold for the fundraiser, but a love offering will be taken up to help the foundation fulfill its mission to provide patient education, advocacy and support to all affected by lupus, increase public awareness of this debilitating disease, and to help raise research dollars to find a better diagnosis, a better treatment and a cure.

Call 525-9380 or 800-294-8878 or email [email protected] to participate.
