Hot Springs firefighters Clint Reynolds and Kenny Talbert extinguish a structure fire Thursday morning at 207 Plateau St. Assistant Fire Marshal Carlton Scott said the fire was contained to the garage and nobody was in the residence. "There were no utilities to the building," he added. Scott also said neighbors in the area have called the police several times to keep people out of the building, but the cause of the fire was still under investigation.
