POINT LOOKOUT, MO. -- Douglas Phillips, of Pearcy, graduated from the College of the Ozarks during the commencement exercises on May 10.
Phillips earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts: Electronic Media Audio/Radio. A total of 321 students graduated during the school's 108th commencement ceremony.
